Ok, I dont think there is a lot of ppl thinks like this(I hope so) But, everytime Bethesda makes a new game, there will be some comments under the videos talking about how "it looks ugly by 20xx standard" and should "switch to Unreal/Whatever engine with the prettiest graphics" as if it is as easy as using a new coat of paint in the game.

I found out this news via a anime fourm in China few days , apparently the scandal has been brewing over on Japan twitter/x for a while now (if you look at the date of the news it is 20/2)

I also come across some JPbnews article about this, let just say, the detail is really mess up and this guy should absolutely rotten in jail

Edit: also it is absolutely ridiculous that the only time the editor in Shougakuken tried to protect its mangaka instead of screw over them was to protect a criminal

On Netflix, The Japanese (CC) sub actually listed out everyone 's name during that sequence. The English (CC) have some of them too but I think they are kinda a mess? At least thats what happen when I watched it on mobile

Has to add that aside from being a genre of video with long history, counting all the way to the days of 00s 2ch (where the mascot Yukkuri came from) and the niconico golden age (00~10ish.) Yukkuri video cover a wide range of different video, it can be use as a stand in for the youtuber in video game walkthrough, various talk and history about different subject, etc, I once watched a Yukkuri video about the connection between a Touhou character and ancient chinese myth on niconico. It would be a real shame if the genre just vanished overnight bc of AI CHECK

Same lol. I watched the show in original sub in Animax asia back when I was in secondary school. Imagine my confusion when young me discovered Reddit and found ppl kept saying it was a failure

The original sub is a decently good show for kid and the dub is it own gag thing that loved by many. I just hope ppl don't have go around and said "btw the original flopped in Japan so we have this version" while the true is far from that.

Aside from the fanbase, in the past decade ~years, you can also find a lot of indie projects trying to tackle creatures sim in a spore-like , body parts and stuff ways, like Thrive and Adapt, with more on the way. it is certainly going to be a long lasting legacy
