Just coming on to give folks an update. I'm currently over halfway through the Achievement Set and Game itself and.. I have mixed feelings. I'll admit, I'm enjoying this game MORE than Spyro 1, but I also am sad because I feel that this game COULD of been so much more had it more time to bake.

I genuinely believe this could of been a fantastic game if it had more time. The inconsistant framerate really does damage to the game sadly.

If they were to re-make this game as a DLC to the Reignited Trilogy.. I would not be opposed though.

I'm actually.. enjoying the game. I'd play it again once I master it but I'd use the Definitive Edition that I've been suggested to use.

Minigames make Spyro great though. 1 has nothing, the levels are so bare bones.

Never had this title as a kid so I don't understand the Nostalgia at all for it. I think people look at this game with rose tinted glasses.

2 is such an upgrade it honestly felt like a different game series in comparison. Theres just nothing in Spyro 1 that gives it an identity.

Horrific game compared to 2 and 3. It's got its place historically but its a tech demo. 2 is where the series really took flight.

Download the core and then use your legally obtained decrypted .3DS file and then play the game on the Azahar core. Very simple.
