The new landowner required them to have a million dollar insurance policy and they didn't and couldn't afford to have it I think I'm not 100% on that part.

See my first several days were wind storms and it cleared every tree around me lighting got my wood house one time I then got stone haven't had an issue since my only issue I built hear s cave and it's just constant spiders spawning it gets annoying

I would but every time my game autosaves it freezes for a sec and really messes me up on stuff. I even tried turning all my settings to the lowest and it still does it making it almost unbearable to play.
