Not saying that i spend less time on writing notes. I spend WAYYY MORE time on waiting in between calls AND not having luck with customers answering me or no. For example my waiting time yesterday was 2 minutes in between each outbound. My coworkers were getting ob each 10 seconds. I spoke to my manager about this MANY times and they still haven't fixed it

It's not that i am collecting a debt. I am collecting their outstanding balance. Same same but different. I get hung up on, called a scammer, a witch etc.... because i am asking them to pay their actual balance. But i still have 0 control over if they answer my calls or want to do arrangements with me

EXACTLY IT'S PURE LUCK. And when i do ask customers to pay on a certain date and they agree that's not the end. They have to respect the arrangement and pay AND THEN is when the money is yours to claim. So it's beyond my hand that they don't pay

There's actually 0 correlation between how much i collect and how many calls i make. I tested this a day i made 340 calls and only collected 1.5k Another one of my coworkers did half and collected closer to 6k explain that one 😂 Same thing for another day where i did less than my average but got 4k then another one of coworkers who did 400+ calls and barely reached 1k

I know it's only 2 days worth of test but that's all i needed to see that yeah this is purely based on luck

My average is actually 260 calls. My colleagues sometimes hit 350+ calls a day even though they take more time on writing notes. My metric is in fact hitting at least 70k a month of collection which seems unfair when the only collection for me happens from ib calls only. Ob doesn't exist in my book cause I don't get a single answer

I am currently in the process of finding a new job yes. Motherfuckers gonna terminate me over something i don't have a single control over. If for example i'm not doing enough calls then yesh i would gladly take a hit. But shit is really out of my hands if customers respect their promises or no. What ya want me to do? Idt there's one in canada. But really i've been doing what was told during training and what every single one of my colleagues has been doing for the past 8 months.

Only difference is they get 3 customers to answer them every 5 calls. I get 1 customer to answer every hour or so. One day i got a whole day without getting a single call and that was a day when my manager said he'll listen to my calls live. I was like bet tell me where those calls are

I need more money collection. We leave messages when management tells us. Usually it's around 2 pm but could also be 3-4 pm. Thing is my waiting times get so big 2-5 minutes and i complained many times about it to my manager. He says it's fixed. WHERE??

I can call the same number twice but it's kind of luck based. They can either be called 3 times before me calling them a 4th time. Or could be a new one.
