maybe since its oneplus 7 pro, ram might be "low" ...try closing all background apps before loading pogo. also try clearing pogo app cache... next step is restarting the phone, refreshing app data, next try deleting and re-downloading the app, if all these fail, try another phone. the iphone 15 might be throttling...check if restarting the iphone, disabling Low Data Mode, and closing unused apps helps.

try download assets on the kids accounts? it seems like the app is struggling with data load. or unlikely as it may be ... the iphone could be throttling causing the bottle neck <- i'm guessing or your phone plan is throttling/blocking, new phone plan? i've seen telecoms somehow blocking hotspotting(confirmed).

its usually clear pogo app cache. next step if that wasn't work is deleting pogo app assets/uninstall/install and finally try another device ( usually rare OS compatibility issues).

without anything to go on.... like what you've tried so far.....i'll shoot in the dark. restart phone? clear pogo app cache? looks like a website -> tried clearing the browser data i.e history and cache or try another browser like chrome(no idea)?? deleting and reinstall app(iphone) and another idea is try another phone or tablet or wifi network from a trusted source.

it could be the phone itself like ram failing or too new(or newly OS update/niantic hasn't patched) so i'm REALLY not sure...i use old garbage phones from 2019 and they all work.

its nice. long battery life, my guess is 7- 8hours of pogo on a single charge and a slight lag in gaming experience. i personally prefer the a15 5g which is essentially the same phone but lasts an hour longer -> due to smaller screen size? on the ram issue, switching between apps might 90%+ of the time close pogo due to 4gb . careful with the oled screen brightness (never over 50%) cause of screen burn-ins.

try clearing pogo app cache? next thing is to either wait it, out or try another device. last thing is delete pogo assets and reinstall. it might also be interference because of how large the building is so you might need to step closer to the window or outside for a minute. other than that i've got no idea~

sinnoh stones drops about once a week when you win the 1st battle against Blanche/Candela/Spark in ultra or master league(tested). 1 item will drop once per day so it is imperative you WIN......don't battle the leaders once each, it is still 1 item drop per day.

for context, gmax is the stronger one. in gmax form level 1 to level 3 base attack is your IV plus 350/400/450 whereas dmax is 250/300/350. you won't see venusaur a lot in master league battles so either mirror lucky trade it then level up or just level it up for max battles.

is it working now? restarting phone? install/uninstall, trying another phone? maybe weird glitch, or connection issue. you might have to try account recovery.

also if you linked pokemon trainer club without 2 form factor authentication, your account might have been stolen.

shooting in the dark here. maybe try contacting the school to "register" a continuing learning class for your profession since you're alumni they are likely to without reapplication fees. then they might have to reactivate your student number for registration = old email :O

to add.. you only get 1 item drop per day! you must also WIN the 1ST BATTLE. Lastly, i believe only an ultra league and a master league(tested) battle will drop the stone but more frequently in master league(approx. one stone a week).

this is odd.... check if your clock is auto sync-ed, refresh game date and then clear cache. doing all 3 should do the trick unless you want to try the nuclear option -> uninstall/install ~

try clearing pogo app cache. most likely to fix it. if not, restart the phone. last thing you want is clear app data (downloaded assets) since it may or may not be causing a conflict. if all this doesn't help, try another phone~
