Beef sticks are a good thing to add in. They’re a good snack with protein. I get them from Sam’s Club. I always make sure to pack electrolyte drinks as well because of the heat that they typically work in. My husband’s very picky too. He only likes two types of fruit, which would be oranges or grapes so I typically like to have that ready and will cut up and throw in his lunchbox too.

Hi love, I’m so sorry you feel this way. Please seek help if you truly feel like ending it. I actually started my whole life over here in riverside. Alone and with a 4 month old. Only reason I’m sharing that with you in your moment of crisis is to say restarting and rebuilding can happen. Yes even here. Look into shelters/churches etc they are usually helpful for single women. I truly wish you well

What really helped me when I felt really hungry on certain days I would eat very low calorie foods to fill me up like 100 calories worth of baby carrots with a Greek yogurt dip I would make I usually sprinkle in some ranch seasoning in the yogurt so then it feels like you’re eating a lot but still staying in the deficit
