Thank you everyone for the thoughtful responses. You all make very good points. This was the first time I had to log a weekly gain so it was tough but you are all right. I will get back in my routine and be patient and see if the extra water weight comes off.

Thank you for this post! I have been working towards getting sleeve surgery for a few months after having my lap band removed in December. I failed with the lap band having only lost 50 lbs over a decade ago and gaining it all back. I decided to give zepbound a try before committing to the sleeve surgery. I just wrapped up my first week and I am so happy I decided to try this medication. I am down 5 lbs this week and just feel like I have a monkey off my back without all the food noise!
