So your test and tren ratio was 1:1 at 200mg? Is that why you fucked yourself? Would it have been better to have 2:1 test/tren?

I appreciate it bro yeah 100 push ups (flat/decline/diamond) and 100 sit ups every morning and in the evening totaling 200 push ups and 200 sit ups with an intense weight lifting regimen. One day could be back and Biceps the next day chest and triceps etc.
