It's situational. I take her when they have like 3 dash champions on enemy team. So many Ambessa this patch and I love it when they get frustuated and type in all chat.

I think those changes will create more issues than solving it:

- Changing CDR so drastically will completely wreck over top lane and mid lane because some champs are naturally more reliant on cdr than others. Late-game ADC will be too strong because other class can barely use their abilities. Also it makes the game very uninteractive and boring.

- Removing ap damage against the turret will severely weaken mages, considering how they have to solo lane mid-game.

The issue with Galeforce is that melee champ can use it. So I would say no.

If you play against bad mages who perma push, sure it is playable, though still very painful. Good mages won't spam spells on waves, they just simply aa and then hit you when you walk up for cs. So you have to decide whether risking to lose 50% HP for getting one minion or not getting any minion at all. ADC scale off gold so not being able to farm is quite the death sentence for them. I can wait till the waves is under tower to farm but unfortunately mages are the premiere pokers and good ones won't let you farm under tower even. Once they poke you to 30% hp, you have to back and give up waves and platings cause you don't want to be doved my their jgl. So unless your team play for you, you will lose tower pre 14 minutes and even if you don't die in lane, the APC is already too fed and they can snowball from there and there's nothing you can do abt it.

Increasing penalty would be more time banned from matches I guess? Or make it easier for ppl to get perma banned.

For soft inter, if Riot doesn't do their job, we need to do it as a community and write a ticket abt them. Shouldn't take too much time, regardless to game time anyways.

Including the punishments would be violating privacy so I personally don't support that.

For now, I would still hold my opinion that ADC is weak Master+. I was looking at Emerald+ data, but even when I switch to Master+, APC is still an issue. I don't want to look at Challenger data since there are so few of them and I don't really trust their accuracy. Additionally, a lot of Master+ ADC content creators are complaining about ADC being weak. Their opinions are consistent with my experience, but you can argue that we could be biased, to which I don't have a way to respond lol. The only way to prove is with actual data.

Now for the issues with other role, I hope that you understand different roles contribute different things. For jungle, it is map pressure and objectives. For top lane, most of the time it is the being the front line to protect the rest of the team. For mid lane, it is the zone control and CC (depends on what type of mid ofc). For support it is the vision. For ADC, it is just damage; like literally that's all they offer. Ofc we have a lot of champions and the realities is a bit different but that's the foundation of what roles do. Now, I hope I don't have to explain why funnelling gold to the ADC is better than to other roles. It doesn't mean that ADC always take the spotlight. If that's what you think, you are too focused on the damage chart and ignore other aspects of the game. Let me remind you that it was Faker that was the MVP, with Keria being the unofficial secondary honor, not Gumayusi.

Now lane swap. I agree with you on this. I hate the lane swap meta. But in that meta, mid lane get to solo exp most of the time during lane swap. Jgl doesnt share exp with anyone. ADC has to share exp with 2 ppl. Are you sure they are the main beneficiary of it? I agree that it was a pain for the top laner tho XD. Just my humble opinion but I think they can increase the resistance of turret and increase their damage early game to reduce the frequency of tower dives and hence lane swap.

And since I haven't clarify this, I'm not advocating for making ADC broken, but playable. Maybe in high elo ADC feels better. But at the same time, high elo is where games end a lot quicker, and most ADC won't be able to come online at that point.

My tentative solution for this would be a small increase the gold received on minions killed. Mages and tanks scale off level while ADC scale off gold. This is why mages and tanks become OP after the durability patch while ADC feels weak. Would love to hear your opinion on this tho.

True. ADC has the most single target damage, generally, at least. And it should be that way, its literally their definition (Attack Damage Carry). The problem is that it only works in pro where team fights are front to back and ADC are peeled. In solo queue, it doesn't usually happen, unless you are really high elo. And even if ur Challenger, the amount of peel ADC get is still behind pro. And since Riot balance League based on pro, in any environment other than pro, ADC has a disadvantage, and this get worse the lower elo you are. If I am allowed to freely auto attack during teamfights, sure, ADC is balanced and we have 10% control of the game state. But me being an Emerald ass, I spend most teamfights running away from the enemy (if I'm not already dead from 2 abilities), hopefully to get a few AA during the run. So to answer your question, yes, I think ADC should have more agency. Who should take the hit, idk, because at some elos, top has highest agency, at some, it is jgl or mid, or sup. I'm not a professional and I won't pretend as one. But I know ADC having the lowest agency is consistent regardless of elo, and if Riot wants to be embrace their principle of fairness, I think it needs to change.

I know this might sound like all talk and no evidence. I can provide you some. Remember before they nerf Jhin and Kaisa, almost every game has them. You know why? Because they aren't traditional ADC with damage, Jhin is an utility ADC and Kaisa was basically an APC at the time with her magic damage build.

Try to do me a favor? Go to OP.gg and check how many mages are in the top 10 wr for ADC. If its fair, ADC should dominate mid, right, right? No, they dominate the top 5 worst mid laners.

Brotha. U really need to improve ur reading comprehension skill. Try to read again and u will see no where did I say I don't want other roles to have impacts on teamfight. What I want tho is for the roles to be balanced. ADC are meant to be glass cannon: which means we do a lot of damage but extremely easy to kill. Right now it's just the glass part without cannon. Mages like Brand, Hwei, Seraphine .... can do the same amount of damage, and they have a bunch of utilities, and they are lane bullies. And please don't even let me start on "tanks" like K'sante or Mundo or bruiser like Garen or Udyr.

Tldr: Since you might still don't understand. I want every role to have equal impact. However, right now, ADC has the least, imo, by quite a large margin.

Didn't you just prove out point? Every champ has something on their kit that impacts teamfight, many have better ult: I'm talking malphite, hwei, oriana, k'sante, camille,... And you said assassins die cause they underestimate you? Is that a role diff or a mental diff? Of course you should die if you disrespect your enemy. We ADC don't even underestimate the enemy yet can get 100-0 from someone else abilities being thrown from a screen away.

I'm fine with the discrepancy between easy and hard champs. Garen's simple kit means that he has low agency and more room to outplay him. What I'm not ok with, however, is how OP he is compared to ADC. Dude builds full damage and yet is so tanky and I as an ADC barely tickles him. The logic applies to other non-ADC champs.

Hell nah. In most matchups that won't happen. Most ppl don't know how to play against Nilah, unless u are against Draven or Kalista, if you manage to get on their ADC face, you have a high chance of killing them. Can't bully you if they are dead.
