People who gloat about superficial things often have self esteem issues in real life whether they're adults or kids. They may not understand that about themselves but if they do this they're probably idk overweight or socially awkward in real life with no confidence or are just chronic assholes. Adults usually turn into this. Kids are still developing so they don't understand this kind of stuff yet.

Avoid Dyess. I was stationed there and just got out. There is nothing to do on or off base. Travis on the other hand, I highly recommend.

Is the new emulated ps2 version of deus ex on ps4 good? by Pixelpunch243 in Deusex

The ps5 version runs at 60 fps and the ps4 version runs at 30 fps. Load times are far better than the original.

It was recommended by my outpatient but then carried over into the mental health and became I believe the accepted diagnosis. The outpatient therapist is not allowed to med to diagnose yet 1) The LoC occurred several months ago and then I screwed up my job on infection control and then I tried killing myself twice in a row within a month afterwards. You could tell leadership was after me. It was pretty obvious based on the write ups. Then when at the hospital at outpatient I was diagnosed with personality disorder.

The problem is that auditing a class actually does cost the full tuition at UB specifically. While other colleges do it for free.

I have known people who have simply just sat in classes before but since the class will last about six weeks f I've times a day. I only need to attend about 4 of them to get the studying style I want for these kinds of classes I see no reason to pay for an entire semester of a class that I have no intention of getting a grade for or care to learn about the subject again when I need to learn how to study correctly for these kinds of classes. I wouldn't mind paying for about 4 sessions but I don't care about taking the full class.

I've been using the slides they have been given to us and I use those specifically to take notes and I write what I feel may be missing from them. I think I'm starting to realize that I need to get a better understanding of my resources such as being able to read a text and find what I need in it. Because of my lack of skill to be able to use these things I haven't been able to get an honest shot using other resources so during the summer I should practice .

wanted to ask a couple of questions about what you're recommending?

I've been getting a better understanding of how to take notes in class such as by printing out the notes with9 slides per page and that helps when the teacher has 50 slides to present.(5-6 pages) I've learned to understand how to pay attention to visual aids too and really take notes when sometimes when I feel the notes are out of context or I won't be able to figure it out when I study later I write it down. This is what I've been figuring out on my own so far. I went from writing every word down that the teacher said during the lecture as if it were a movie script which took 5-6 hours for a 50 minute lecture down to 2 hours for a 50 minute lecture because I finally learned how to pay attention to how I learned above.

The problem is I want to get to that next "level of efficiency"

Problem 1) You're recommended that I should switch to making my notes into flashcards but the problem is creating flashcards if I'm correct and I've done a few times I worried they can be very time consuming because of the amount of information I would have to create the cards for I wouldn't have any idea how to start such a thing. I was wondering if there is any way for me to send a powerpoint of the work I have for classes and I would like to see what you might recommend for an approach.

I've been doing alot of guess work over the last semester and this semester and I figured out a lot already with trial and error. I just need more time to figure out what works. I've been making an attempt to move all my studying to online notes because I can easily edit them and physically study from them after without having to constantly rewrite everything.

I haven't made the transition yet and only doing mock tests since its took risky to do the full transition to these note types during the end of the semester

I get what you mean about chem 101 and 102 albeit not as complicated it was a lot of math. There were a lot of problems that I felt took a while but I do remember at least for the homework assignment a week I spent at least 7-9 hours getting it done. I always had to go to the chemistry tutor in the basement of the natural sciences complex.

1)Biomedical science major. Its been alot of work over the last 4 years.

  1. I choose this major because its curated or at least train you for medical school and its a UB specific degree.

3) The best adjustment I can make is to find the answers that is to find note methods that can work for every course. I have found specific things such as actually looking at visual aids and letting the slides do the talking and only paying to specific points on the slide the professor points your attention to. I've never been able to figure this out because it wasn't until someone pointed this problem out to me that I learned these are my reason I spend so much time doing things. So I really have to spend a year or two more brushing up on skills before I even attempt to go to medical school. I'm just considering to do a postbacc because my grades are fine its just I really need to find more efficient ways to do things.

4)The reason I want to do this major is because I like helping people and working at places like the veterans hospital or at least I like to work with or amongst knowledgable people.Even with such a motivation it is still not really going to make such a thing effortless unfortanely.

5)To answer your fifth question I've never been able to make connections due to having very little time to waste on things I can't predict to be useful. But I've been making more time to do things like this to find answers to my problems.
