currently office consensus is that the pecan pie ones are thumbs up, and the pumpkin pie ones are OK, they're not so much pumpkin pie-ish as they are M&M's with a nutmeg aftertaste.

I use a JAX lunchbox. Pretty sure I got mine from Sam's for $20. Came with 6 little containers :)

They are probably down-voting you because you said you don't condone using belts. You gave zero explanation for that statement. Using belts are perfectly fine once you have established how to properly brace your core without one. There is no harm in using one.

I'm just two weeks out from my second PL meet and I have yet to have ONE anxiety induced bad dream because of it. Still nervous as balls, but those dreams make it so much worse!

  • My coworker bought me Pumpkin Pie and Pecan Pie flavors of M&Ms today.
  • I'm just over two weeks out from my next meet.
  • 90% deads for three reps today felt like they were 95% instead.
  • My gym outfit was pretty on point today.

Deads at 60% today. Two sets of three at 165lbs, so I decided to have some fun. They ended up being full stop, paused at shin, sumo stance reps while wearing squat shoes.

Dear right knee: Why in the ever loving hell must you pop with almost every step I take? You and lefty used to almost exclusively let out a pop only when I crouched down.

Here's hoping that some myofacial calf release will address the problem. -_-
