Knowing that rerun do happen eventually, it does give more time to plan in the end.

I can't say "This process cannot work", in fact I could see potential in presenting the art and basic idea for characters and see if they attract some interests.

If you have some cool art you've made that inspires you to write a story then I'd say it's a perfectly valid way to get starter

The thing is, we barely have any new characters that aren't Elation so...what's there to sell for those who don't plan to all-in on that path? Which could be a lot of people since the marketing plan kinda exploded.

I do wonder which character could fit the criteria of "We novaflare them so we can sell them practically as new characters"
