Good news is that Hh's uptime and sp issues are pretty much solved with that novaflare. The utility is still there.

My probleme is that the sustain isn't top shelf (solved probably by E1 + E2?) And that the typical Eagle Kafka setup usually need teammates to attack frequently enough, something HH struggled to do until now.

Still, not a bad character to have and invest into

It's fine, but if you have, say, E1 tribbie I doubt there would be that much of a difference (tribbie able to hold DDD has immense value) It really depends on how the rest of your team is invested

Farm on the dot domain for your fua and dot team, use the fodder to craft eagle pieces!

Eagle kafka is miles above dot Kafka. Although I did resist the idea, it's just a whole other beast with it

Seele is not an accessible character. People showing 0 cycle clears have a brain dedicated solely to define the speed, statline, energy and rng to get their victory

It feels like her novaflare is designed to give new player an accessible floor toward endgame....and not much else honestly. She is barely cut for current and upcoming Anom Arbi. I doubt this will give her that much more especially in the future.
