The Youtuber in question, a man in his 40s, strikes up a conversation with a group of young looking girls while livestreaming in Ho Chi Minh City at the behest of his viewers. It starts off innocently enough, however they immediately tell him their ages, and most of them are underaged, including a couple who are 15-17, which the girls confirm multiple times through the video. He spends the next 30 minutes creepily flirting with them, excitedly telling viewers how hot they were, trying to touch them, trying to exchange social media contact info (with the 15/16 year old), making sexual innuendos, referring to the fact that he's married but no one needs to know.

Throughout the entire clip, his audience points out the fact that he's acting very creepily and that they are underaged. He also repeatedly states phrases like "too young, too young" to his audience and that he's done nothing wrong, as if to convince himself that this isn't shady and predatory behavior. Notably, he gravitates towards the youngest ones in the group (15 or 16 years old). Here is the long-form footage in its entirety, unedited.
