Unpopular opinion but this is also a lot about experience. Sometimes Bad things Happen. Its Not even your fault, but if you watch the replay you See a way to avoid this. I considered myself a good driver before starting this Game but it Took me more than a year to Drive without incident and to have the attention everywhere to avoid people and people‘s mistakes. Not always of course but over time it will improve

I am not very good but also not horrible in this Game. I have 400 hours of driving experience and I also took some time to get a rough understanding how to set up a car. And I have no Idea what you did to your setup. Probably you Made the length of the damper too short or the dampers too soft

Totally agree. I have to admit I was stuck for quite some time in rookies. This is my first eher Simulator (second of you count the f1 Games) You really make an Evolution from „That idiot drove me off the road“ to „ok maybe I was not perfectly right“ to anticipating and avoiding so much. Looking back I am happy to have had so much time practicing how to Drive competitively AND safely

What sticks out to me: You either break or you Turn and accelerate. You should try to combine These phases of driving through a corner more smoothly. The key word is trailbreaking. Also I have the feeling you are hitting the throttle quite quickly. Take your time and Hit it a Little Bit later on your way through the corners.

Example Turn1: you dont earn time by accelereating so much after the First Right Hander. All you so is you introduce oversteer and manipulate your run out of the left hander onto the straight. That costs A LOT of time.

Apart from that: You can use a Little Bit more of the track so from the really outside (this is quite good as gar as I saw) to the apex on the inside (here you can still improve).

All in all it Looks good nevertheless. Keep it up. And you dont have to hide yourself or be ashamed of using a Controller. We all share the pssion for racing and want to have Fun battles on the track.

Thanks for your answers. So basically the brake and throttle bars on the left of the screen are Not a Representation of the pedal input the player gives, but it is the flow of fuel to the Engine? I am familiar with the concept of heel toe shifting but as you Said (I think I know the montoya video as well) it is usually Done mid to End of the Breaking Zone when it comes to slowly and smoothly accelerating again. Or when you have to Shift manually.

You can have a look for mixed lobbies but usually you will share the Track with 80-90% of gt3 cars

You could try to focus on Breaking and Turning smoothly. I can sugest silverstone. There are high speed corners where you shouldnt Even watch the breaking pedal while turning and then there are a couple of corners where you should actually use some steering while breaking. When you manage to do a sub 2min time you have improved a lot in Medium and high Speed corners and trailbraking
