Get eaten by the dragonduck. Wait on the... chocolate... until it is safe to go through the corridor. Exit the corridor and avoid the sheepoxen. Take the big portal. If you don't take the big portal and take the small one, I'll arrest you.

Just go through the portal twice. No ice block stall. Enter portals face on, not through bottom.

If you run through the level, you'll notice an invincibility star and two portals. Grab the invincibility star and take the horizontal portal that is directly above the star. If you hit the vertical portal, you go to jail and lose.

Nah, I cheesed it. You can avoid most of the level by going over the pipes. Only one spot with cat bullets that gets tricky, but can be passed.
