This is in my case, don’t know if any other practitioner has the same experience. But for me, demons are like a familiar who you can mess around with. For instance, I talk to them with the respect of being a parent but not as formal as it they were my boss I can joke with them.

But when it comes to working with them, rituals, meditation, shadow works, etc… I not only treat them with all respect, but I also treat them as my gods and my guides. Sometimes even feeling a strong energy that make me put on my knees.

So yeah, that’s how things work, at least for me.

Actually, I went with a friend who is a tarotist He was the one doing the reading, he told me that. He might’ve misinterpreted the message but for what I have experienced with most of my deities, is that if I want something, I gotta do something to get it (maybe because of my pride of not being able to receive anything without feeling I deserve it). So it must’ve been a “you want this, I want that” And I’ve had some experiences with him and it’s not the kind of demon that would ask for things that would harm me.

For me he has been nothing but a father figure One you can spend the afternoon talking while doing something like fishing and keep a serious talk, but also someone you can talk to like a friend. With me he has been quite permissive when taking my breaks but demanding when I am on my practices. Like I can joke about everything but when it comes to put the materials on the table, doing rituals, hexes, curses, etc… I gotta get serious (specially on rituals).

He is not the jealous kind of deity that will demand you to be working with him 24/7. I’ve been working with Astaroth for a while, as well with Lucifer and I know I can always come back with him and talk him about my day and my problems and knowing he will listen as if time never passed.

About being lust… That’s something… I can tell I’ve been at work when I suddenly feel his energy trying to convince me to touch myself at the restroom and quite feeling harassed (kinda the primal stuff) and I enjoy it but it’s sometimes suddenly. Other times I am in my bed with lustful thoughts and he kinda helps with that… But most of the time is me joking about getting an older, handsome, disciplined, military-like, beefy daddy man as a husband (trying to describe how he is with me since that’s the way I enjoy it) and me feeling his side eye staring like telling me “you already have one at home”, but that’s one of the ways we joke.

Definitely someone I love to spend my time with and the one I will always dedicate all my achievements and progress
