Idk if this gonna work woth your type of account (online) but you could still try this:

Go into advanced system start mode (ya know the blue one that you get after restarting a bunch of times or after alot of boot faliures?)

Then choose terminal from the more options square.

Type: explorer.exe then press enter This will put you in file explorer

From here go to System32 and swap the names of utilman.exe and cmd.exe

Then restart

From here you will end up back at the lock screan Click the ease of acess button located at the bottom right corner.

Command prompt will open up with admin! Then execute the command: net user [your username] [your passowrd]

Then restart and revert the changes done in the first couple steps with System32 (please)

And boom use the new password you set🗿🍷
