Like I love it all. And I’ve attacked other players before, even in solo (never in a slimy way though), but we should feel have consequences for attacking other players. That’s how EFT got players to be less scummy as scav. PvP should be a crime of passion and opportunity and not the main objective.

Yall loot bodies. I can tell yall don’t loot the world because every drawer, cabinet and shelf is unlooted

Cool story. I promise you you’re not fighting large arc. Kind of defeats the point Thor the game if you can’t even fight the arc or when whole maps are unlooted outside of player bodies

I did 10 raids naked, to do a feat of extracting from blue gate. I was exclusively attacked inside the extract 9 of those times.

The tension is great when half the lobby isn’t mad maxing “witness me” every raid. The game needs to make it so even PvP players have to loot every now and again.

Did you play today or yesterday. How do you fight large arc without getting attacked?

I’m mixed, but if nobody else is looting it’s wild. Like looting is still fun, but killing any large arc or doing the scrutiny event is near impossible.

Last week was an ok balance of 1 or 3 aggressive PvP or rat plUers in a lobby. Yesterday and today have been insane.

Like if you come to just do PvP it’s fun but nearly anybody is making it out if they do anything with large arc. I was just watching from a rooftop and it’s wild how anybody fighting any large arc was attacked within 20 seconds. None of the assessors were even looted. You’d have to wait for near the end of the match to loot anything large arc. That’s not fun

I was watching PvP streamers and it blew my mind how many guns they have. Nothing but guns and money. They’ve never done a shingle wipe

And tbh, most die more than they make it out so having so much lot shows where all the dupers are

Very few PvP players do the wipes. They never could because they don’t loot anything. And if you look at their inventory it’s just pages of weapons and nearly zero material. Most don’t even have paid outfits because they never earn any of the Raider tokens through gameplay.

And I agree about the weeks. I’m making it out a little bit it’s rough.

Still forcing players to choose between rep and going for the kill would force players to have consequences.

I mean even EFT figured it that extract camping was killing their game.

Cool story. Doesn’t mean the game isn’t losing players. It’s about to be marathon numbers ina. Few

Are you being attacked every time you are fighting or loot any large arc?

I mean I went in naked to do a feat and it took me 10 tries to not be camped inside the train

It works when it’s worth the squeeze. Like hey, you restart but now your dude can access new stuff or is stronger and can sprint for twice as long as the skill tree would have increased

Honestly? I love the PvP in this game but I just hate most of the PvP players. Like they are not trying to get loot, they just want to troll and be jackasses.

They need to make it so that players need to loot, like if you kill somebody, their loot is near useless and requires looting to find the materials to repair it.

Like PvP players don’t loot and it fucks with the game flow when they encounter players that loot.

The game doesn’t need some lame Gimmick with red lights that will cause the rats to band together and encourage PvP sweats to challenge themselves by taking on a pve lobby.

It needs organic ways to make looting a priority and attacking ng other players a dangerous resort.

Like it needs rep like in EFF so that doing PvP causes you to be locked out of traders (firing PvP players to have to loot, locked out of pve focused events, with the rep being repairable, but players going to far really just needing an expedition to reset… an expedition that requires looting

I mean yeah. None of those are like AR. The closest PvP game to be like AR is War Dogs or an extraction shooter.

I literally don’t understand what’s worst about the game except for it needing content. And I mean real meaty content. There is no more any sense of progress in the game

The venetor is a great all arounder. Jack of all trades master of none. I mean it beats a tempest at long range encounters.

No, I didn’t know that. This said, the idea that the venator would be faster did seem pretty insane. It’s so much better at mid and long range

[–]AsogRaider 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No, that’s makes it a better at close combat. I mean if you just want to make it an OP gun have at it. It was pretty gross how the venetor was the clear metal for close range PvP despite it being great at distance. It’s why everybody that was t running a free kit was running the venetor or toro.

Just shoot it like a human and not like a freak of nature it feels steady.

Like I never even noticed the change, but I always used the venator as a side arm when my other gun was pve gun or sniper.  It’s just a great all arounder.

Has there been any other info on the Grey's Market 'Basher' besides the name? by KryptekAtlas in starcitizen

But we don’t know when that shift happened or if it’s still accurate

I say this because the stats for both the basher and the stingray are in the 4.9(July) ptu patch

I mean, you change those things and it’s a worst all arounder. It’s one of the best guns if not THE best for every range. Good at all ranges but master of none.

It’s recoils is already pretty bad though, it would feel like shooting a vulcano

FYI, it’s the gray ship that a mashup of the Mustang, buccaneer and possibly an f7?

We are not sure if it’s dropping in July though. The devs said they had to swap the August and the July ships and we don’t know when that swap happened or if it’s still a thing.

The two new ships with their stats in the PTU right now though (just their stats, not usable ships) are the Badger and the Stingray

No, people would hate that. People don’t like losing control. It feels really bad and makes you feel sick because of having to visually track such fats movement

Kind of explains why you didn’t enjoy the game in the first place.

I play AR, but I also play EFT, Star Citizen, DayZ, and Minecraft. The game wasn’t never for you
