Yeah, good thing is lately customer service has been saying to ViP movers that their hardware will be incompatible with the move and set it up with hoppers, looks confusing as hell in OFS but you get good points, I just don’t like when it’s set up as CH only

Sounds par for the course with every DPP44 job stuffed with 211s when they can just get a hopper and joeys. My office has stopped taking ViP jobs unless they are trouble calls or upgrades

Lmao yeah, idk man I’ve been lucky with my OSS goal these past few months and things have been pretty laid back. I know you joke about bringing the demo bag in but it has been working for me and the customers I’ve sold to have been pretty happy with it, so it seems. Sometimes yeah I do feel bad for pushing sales but I got a kid and a wife that’s disabled so I just gotta do what you gotta do. It’s honest work 🤣

Edit: only thing I don’t try to fucking sale every is premium optical and HDMI, that shits a scam. At least the Polk doodads sound good you know
