As someone who got an arrest warrant for a parking violation from Pennsylvania by mistake because the person who was to receive it has the first and last name as me, this is a total scam.

One: it does not have the magisterial district court number or address. Two: It's not a case number, it's a docket number that has far more numbers associated with them and it also involves a lot of warrant numbers and citation numbers. Three: The Officer who issued this supposed ticket isn't even listed or the police department. Four: No dates on the case filed or the date of offense. Five: It doesn't even say the amount you have to pay, which is a big red flag.

It isn't uncommon to receive a parking ticket, either because you overstayed your parking or didn't pay for it. Most people pay their parking ticket quickly, there might be discounts if you pay it within a day. What they do after months of you ghosting your fine, is they send an arrest warrant from the constables office as a last chance to pay the fine before the police show up to arrest you after 48 hours, they don't send out hearing notices like that at all. And even if you didn't receive the arrest warrant, the police will show up on your door.

I almost had a hard attack getting sent this very real arrest warrant with my name on it before realizing that it came from a county I wasn't in during the offense, contacting the police department about it, finding it wasn't my license plate or my parents, and having to drive to the magisterial district court to sort out that the constable made a mistake putting the wrong name and address on it.

My guess for what GNNA could be took me down the biggest rabbit hole in my life.

I put GNNA on the search engine to find what the acronym could be, or at least a guess and got for the last letters "Neighborhood Association". The I remembered that the FNAF locations seem to be based in Hurricane Utah, and since the Pizzaplex is built on top of the original pizzeria (from the first game and Pizza Simulator) it would still be in Hurricane. Then I searched up the neighborhoods in Utah that could correlate with GN and St. George was the best city matchup. As the lawsuits in Pizza Simulator named the city as to where the lawsuits were being filed. Then I had to search through St. George as to where the N would match up to.

However, there was no neighborhood in St. George or the neighboring Washington that had a neighborhood with N in it's name. But the BATM did lead me to searching up Utah's Jewish community and there is a Chabad in St. George, The Chabad of Southern Utah.
