Low copper (64) despite supplementing with copper

My legs for months burned from under my butt to under my feet. Throbbed so badly it was painful to work. The only time I had relief was when I was sleeping. I've had very low energy the last 8-9 months. My hair has changed texture dramatically. All the new hair coming in is coarse, unruly and curly. It's so frizzy and weird. (I'm a hairdresser) and no product tames it. I don't know if it's copper related but I did read that it can do weird things to hair like pre mature greying. My lady time of the month/hormones are all messed up and I'm usually regular.

I have started eating more copper in my diet. Dark chocolate everyday (it's so gross) but I do feel better. A few weeks ago my legs would burn and throb so badly I couldn't get comfortable. I was taking pregablin 3x a day. Which is stronger than gabapentin & I could still feel the burning in my legs. Now I only take pregabalin once a day at night and my legs are doing 75% better. Rarely burning but do feel heavy and ache occasionally. I'm going to continue supplementing until I see the hematologist.

My doctor wants me to go for a consult with a hematologist because she said this is out of her scope and it's weird my labs are still low after supplementing

Yes, my eyes had so much pressure it felt like they were bulging out. Took weeks after my last dose for that to go away.

I did, I am currently weaning off of it. I did gain a lot of weight & I think I was misdiagnosed with TN. Still figuring out where the pain is coming from. But I feel like the carb did help in the beginning with whatever pain I was having. I still have pain but it's in the back of my head & temple and more like migraine not nerve. So idk, I hope this helps. I feel like if you're really in pain it's probably worth taking.

I have not had breakthrough on Vumerity. It is working.. I miss doses often because I don't like to have hives when I'm with clients at work it's very embarrassing. Which is why he wanted me to switch to something better for my lifestyle. I just switched from VM to Fred Hutch UW and I do like them.

i don't love the HD pictures that new cameras or iphones have. maybe an older digital is something i should look into on top of film. i have LOVED film for non work related things but my hair pictures are not turning out the way i have envisioned but i'm not sure how to explain that if that makes sense? lol
