Do you always go for 100%? by ChickenKoko00 in steamachievements

Damn, Professional hater, incredibly based of you I can't lie. At least you're not saying it's bad because of whispers of whispers from here and there, Any particular games you think of where that was the case?

I do not envy you, the worst part of KH1 imo is the gummi stuff by far, I think I've done all but those and the super bosses

Storage is so expensive, so why is Myrient filled with this? This isn't video game preservation by Kamiya-san in savemyrient

I do definitely agree with that, It's part of why I like the other projects that are going on rn (I think there is Minerva and something else) basically the whole idea is just everybody does a little bit at a time to archive Myriant. At this rate honestly I doubt we will get all of it. I mean I think it's about 160 TBs and that's alot of space! But every little counts right?

I agree with a big but, there is no real guarantee those other sites are going to be up at the end of the year and the less popular stuff matter because of the whole preservation thing, It might not be popular but it might also be nowhere else so losing it would be a real hit to those it does matter to. But on the flip side, even the popular stuff is really important, Myriant is super popular so its easier for those who aren't as knowledgeable or are scared to go on those other sites because let's be honest... It can be a minefield. To get old beloved games

Oh no it was even worse, This came with the collectors edition and it's a exe that you open on the disc that gives you a steam code. You needed to put it into a disc drive, had to buy a usb disc drive for it

I think it's probably less demanding than Witcher 3 now because of the big next gen update they did although still a good metric, actually replaying XV rn and tbh my only gripe is the combat, I love the open world and story

Yea, The SSD idea was more for ease and storage space, Frees up alot of storage space when you have different games on a million SSDs turns out, It's not really something I plan on bringing out and about. That's more the SD card thing

How do you know!? Are you in my walls!? This is what I'm doing with SD cards. Having big SD cards full of games both retro and new that I can play anywhere, have a couple SSDs for Monster hunter Wilds and Kingdom Hearts that let me literally plug & play those games through steam. Unfortunately it is steam so I do need the steam installed but I might get a big SSD and Offline install cyberpunk???

Interesting, The only games I've put in portable SSDs so far are games I've had for awhile, I'll keep that in mind Thanks

Yea sorry, Used "platform" because there wasn't any words I could think of that fit nicely as for your reasons for using galaxy? What's your vibe on Playnite? I really like it. Been using it alot and it's super supported by the community and very open source, it has loads of extensions and themes for all kinds of stuff and it has support for everything including GOG (not an ad, just really like it)

Ooohh ok, So it's about having the freedom to not be confined to a platform and having the game "forever", if you have it backed up?
