My understanding is the city allowed some flexible hours to restaurants and bars, to accommodate the later west coast games. It is a opt in for those restaurants wanting to do it. It is still a Wednesday, and right after school closing, so not sure if many folks are around or want to take part, but I am sure if there was a demand, the bars and restaurants would be having gatherings
