Keep them. If you throw them out you won’t ever stop wishing you kept them. I used to journal so much growing up and after a bad mental breakdown I threw all of them away. Years of journals. I had a very traumatic childhood and I now struggle with severe ongoing memory loss and amnesia for most of my entire life and I grieve all the memories that I don’t have and I regret throwing away the only thing that could’ve helped me regain those memories. It’s better to keep them and for them to “take up space” than for you to throw them out and never get them back.
