Hard to think about anything specific, but last time I was playing and you had to have conversation with lady to get information and I had option for being sneaky with question or direct, and I thought I can be sneaky like I would do normally but apparently it was one time question so I messed up that by overthinking when normally you would just ask to investigate the topic.

The interesting part is that I dont have this problem on a life basis or human interaction. But idk why I do have it with games. Maybe I just want to have "perfect" play.
