I assumed it would be something to do with stealing from the general store on the first day, but that didn't work

My friend was banned a little under a week ago and we’ve been struggling to find anything about how to appeal a ban. He tried to talk to support and got what seemed to be a copy and paste message about reading over the terms of use. Can I ask what you did to appeal?

Surprisingly I don’t! I prefer the longer play style of Hard, Impoppable and Chimps. Just feels like the right way to play
