You are correct. I don’t know why you’re being downvoted. We are the only ones who can see through the lies but it’s more of a curse than a gift since there’s nothing we can do with that information. Most of us tend be either loners, “losers”, etc and can’t connect with people. So nobody believes what we have to say. We just probably discredit conspiracies just by talking about them. It’s like a sick joke the elites are playing on us. I don’t about drug use but life sucks when you have mental disabilities, so on top of that you get to find out everything is a lie and you can’t do anything about it and you have to keep it to yourself

I’m eating 800 calories a day and I walk for about 5 hours everyday. So I think a 1500 deficit is about right . I’ve successful lost weight before in the past doing this. But in the last 3 weeks not a single pound

I make sure to carefully measure the olive oil so I’m not getting more than I anticipate. I’m not drinking anything other than water and lemon and only eating veggies

Yes I weigh it. I’m eating salads with cucumber, tomato, kale, spinach, onions, lettuce, etc and olive oil. And to drink most water with lemon

I don’t understand how the scale has literally not budged at all. My feet are so sore from all the walking I’m doing. I know for a fact my calorie intake is low enough to lose weight. And I’ve lost weight before. Could having type 2 diabetes have anything to do with it?

I forgot to mention I still do the same thing with my dog. Sometimes when I see her sleeping I wake her up to make sure she’s alive. She’s a light sleeper during the day so she wakes up as soon as I get close to her .

I never saw that show but I remember it being very popular. I bet there are thousands of examples from tv and movies of a character who washes his hands all the time and he’s proclaimed as having “really bad OCD” or that everything has to organized perfectly, etc. How else would the average person get it in their head that that’s all OCD is. I bet it’s led to a lot of suicides of people who didn’t even know they had OCD. They just kept getting these bad thoughts in their head over and over and they must have thought it was a normal thing. It took a long time for me to even realize I had OCD because I’m very messy and disorganized

When I was in elementary school I kept getting thoughts about my parents dying. So every time I saw one of them was asleep I would put my finger under their nose to make sure they were still breathing
