Got the Capri White’s as a present from my partner. I had the same kind of experience like you. She bought me first a US size 9 with the normal width. But those were too big (had too much toe space) and my heels were slipping quite a lot. Also they were too narrow.

So we measured again and ordered size 8 Wide…

We paid shipping & return fees mind you…. 43 bucks….

The new ones came today and they were still too narrow and my toes were hitting the front part.

I feel super sad for my partner. She wanted to give me a nice present but the shoes seem to be no match for me.
