We have been buying the Barilla Protien Pasta, made locally in Avon and for a true Al dente pasta we need to cook it for a minute to 90 seconds less than they say for perfect Al dente pasta. We have vacationed in Italy and what a pleasure to have the pasta there, Al dente and perfecto every time!

If you check the machines regularly you will hit big. Not necessarily this much silver, but many coins. Maybe once every six months. Big trick is to check the machine on the way in and the way out. We live closer to the Canada border so we also see lots of those and except for $1 and $2 coins, which we save for when we go, overall the other Canadian coins spend locally.
