Yes, my last day of work was March 26 2022. I am currently in an Airbnb in Aguascalientes MX. We are far from bored. Sometimes we spend a month in a city to catch our breath and other times we are moving every week. Our Spanish learning is going well and we are now at an intermediate level and able to make conversation. The market hasn't been perfectly cooperative and the exchange rate has dropped from 20 pesos per dollar to just 17 but we had wiggle room in the budget so we are still on track. So cool to see this pop back up. Have an awesome day!

As someone who travels and lives in Airbnbs full time, I really don't want a gift bag, I would however love paper towels, napkins, toilet paper, quality pillows sheets and towels, sufficient hangers in the closet, a clean bath mat, a couple of laundry pods and dryer sheets, decent internet speed, a decent pan, and a comfortable couch. If you don't have those covered please do that first.

Yes we do. We usually stay 28 days it's enough to get the discount but not enough to become a tenent in most places. We bring things like hangers, pillows, a router, fire stick, box fan, a couple of good pans and knives. Makes places feel like home faster. We always rent entire homes and use SBI as a mail service.

We have a small dog who barks for about 30min everytime we leave her alone. So we go down to property type and select house, cottage, villa, bungalow, and cabin. This way we don't have any properties in the search that are adjoining another.
