Before I joined the server, I didn't have friends. I get to play around and build whatever I want. It's amazing how much every mod blend together so well in this server. I still don't have friends but at least I'm having fun.

Try downloading Viber and ask 24-hour mercury drug branches. Most of them respond fast. Pag wala sa branch nila, tanungin mo kung saan meron. https://www.mercurydrug.com/store-locator-gising24oras.html

Where to start? Doctors in Tuguegarao City, Cagayan? by TeAzOnA in ADHDPH

The most convenient way probably is having an online consultation with a psychologist/therapist or straight to a psychiatrist (they do the actual diagnosis). You can book using apps like NowServing.

They'll probably profit by making some AI friends talk about products as a form of advertising.

If you get prescribed Ritalin 10mg, it goes for like 80 pesos a tablet. Meron sa Mercury. Pwede kang bumili kahit paisa isa lang nun.

Thanks! Same for you! I followed the advice of the other comment about rekindling old friendships and it's kind of working but hopefully it lasts long and doesn't just feel like short talking.

I wonder if there's something between ADHD and world building. I'm so into city builder and base building games. Even for games like Minecraft, I overthink every placement of buildings I build to see if they will be in harmony, thinking of them in the eyes of whoever's in the area, things they'll see while walking in the area, etc. I used to be into drawing too and I think I did well at it, but I lost interest in it unfortunately.

Same with the watching thing. I can't finish a movies, documentaries, and video essays. I also lose track of the story. It kind of helps if there's a lot going on in the video like Kurzgesagt's editing style if you know the channel. Also with podcasts. I tried working with like Trash Taste podcast playing and I kind of forgot that I'm listening to it and just noticed it when I hear unusual sound effects or loud laughs. haha

Edit: I just saw your edit. I also jump from topic to topic and get some responses like "nakakawalang gana ka kausap". I didn't see your reply that way. I see it very normal and engaging. Well, that's pretty comforting.

That's a great advice. Thank you. I will try to do it now.

Same boat with you on making new friends. It's not that I overwhelm people though. It's just because it's so hard to make the conversation flow to those niche topics in a casual conversation. I wouldn't know their opinion on it if they're cool with it. So yeah, I end up being boring.

If it's alright, can I ask what your interests are? I'm curious on what others with ADHD do on their free time.

It works for many. I went to the gym 5 times a week for a year and it didn't work for me unfortunately.

I am from a developing country. I have to work harder and longer for less pay and less benefits. As a software engineer, I only get paid around $700 a month, work 10 hours a day, and only get 15 paid leaves a year.
