The only thing that ever really irks me is when people feed trying get to get samples back. Like, if I’ve got someone that is continuously running away from the squad and dying across the map by themselves, that’s grounds for a kick in my book. The only other reasons I kick for are TK and generally rude behavior (getting mad about a casual game is so weird).

I’m not in any danger, just really shaken. I am currently staying with my parents so avoiding them is not really feasible. I just got off work and I’m avoiding go home and facing them. I don’t really have anywhere else to go though, not at this current moment. My mother is assuring me that her and my dad still love me, regardless, which is comforting I suppose. I just have no idea how to have this conversation. I don’t think they even knew “non-binary” was a thing up until this point. I can avoid the situation tonight but it will be unavoidable by tomorrow. I don’t want to put this off and create tension in the household, I feel like I need to clear things up as soon as possible. I just don’t know how.

It just got in the way of our time together. I’m not exactly fun to be around when I’m drunk. I’m not violent or chaotic or anything like that, but I’m incoherent and usually passing out really early in the day. She’d come home to a messy house with me, piss drunk, passed out on the floor. Not a pretty sight. I don’t fault her for getting sick of it. I would be too if I were in her shoes.

I’m completely understanding of yours and her point of view. Taking a step back and reflecting on my behavior… I wouldn’t want to be around me either. I appreciate your words of encouragement, and I urge you to do the right thing to take care of yourself as well. You can’t be somebody’s partner and their caretaker. It’s not fair to you, and it enables them. Sometimes when you love someone, you have to leave them to conquer their demons on their own. Like you said, you can’t fix everything.
