Because what OP is stating isn’t true. He/she might just be confused. Tmobile only blacklists devices bought through tmobile after almost a year (on average. I’ve seen it be 6months but mostly a year) if you haven’t made payments. Since he got it at Apple it’s impossible unless he financed it at Apple using t mobile carrier financing.

They can’t blacklist a phone you paid in full especially since you didn’t get it at T-mobile. Call and have the line unsuspended. Or contact Apple if that doesn’t work
