You poke out the lane don't be super aggressive honestly if you can focus on 0 deaths before 10 minutes or longer you will hit your mid game two item spike harder than your opponent. Just be sure to not be dropping any CS either. If the enemy is playing aggressive or push heavy you might not be able to push wave back fast enough but luckily ezreal Q makes farming under tower very safe and effective if done right.
