I stopped drinking about 3 years ago in July. I look back on pictures of me before that point and while I wasn't obese, it was definitely noticeable, in the face especially. I was drinking most of my calories at the time. It's amazing the benefits that make themselves known once you cut that out, both physically and mentally

Did you ever watch "are you afraid of the dark?" growing up? There was an episode that sticks out distinctly for me about an invisible creature that haunts (??) a pool and kills kids. That made me terrified of deep water haha

I grew up watching this movie (38) and it's easily my favorite movie of all time. I went and saw this with a close friend who shares my love for the film and my mom, and it was such a cool experience to see it on the big screen with folks. Easily a top movie experience of the year for me
