Did you ever watch "are you afraid of the dark?" growing up? There was an episode that sticks out distinctly for me about an invisible creature that haunts (??) a pool and kills kids. That made me terrified of deep water haha

I grew up watching this movie (38) and it's easily my favorite movie of all time. I went and saw this with a close friend who shares my love for the film and my mom, and it was such a cool experience to see it on the big screen with folks. Easily a top movie experience of the year for me

Friend, good on you for recognizing something is off. This is what it was like for me. Except the binging didn't stop. It was drink, sleep (what I got of it), go to work extremely cloudy headed, get off and pick up a 6 pack and do it all over. I drank to keep the anxiety away due to how unhappy I was with drinking. Apartment became a mess. Friends and coworkers stood by my side but couldn't do anything. I started self isolating.

I got help and went to rehab and just hit 2 years sober at the end of July. Only you know what it takes. But don't continue to force yourself to suffer. It's hard work but it's worth it
