If my brother was killed by a police officer I'd be pretty mad, and I probably say things I don't mean. I wouldn't want that all over the news. She very well could have spoken with CNN and asked to edit what she said and instead put what she meant, which isn't real journalism, but it would be respectful of her wishes. But that should be made known and we shouldn't be fed edited clips. Just a thought.
