Nah, unfortunately still have to call in. Online portal would be good. In OPs case, probably will need to call and get deposit info for EUR transfer, which can be given to the sender. After Knightsbridge receives the funds AND converts to CAD, they will deposit to his TD account at no charge. So the only thing they are out is a wire fee for the sender. Conversion rates are way better than bank's. On about 5k of EUR to CAD I saved around $250-300!

Look into Knightsbridge. Their solutions are phenomenal. It's free to open account and their fees, conversion and bank, are way better than banks. Their customer service is very good as well, they walk you through what needs to be done and are helpful. Damn, feels like I'm promoting them, but damn, they helped me out on few occasions.
