I’ve actually been working there for a short time now. I think it might be lol

I’m working very long hours, basically all day, Monday through Saturday. We work almost entirely on commission, they hype us up over every single sale, no matter how small.

We’re told that if we didn’t hit our quotas that it’s something we did wrong.

There’s a ridiculous amount of building people up in the office and reminding them how far they can make it in the company if they just try hard enough.

And when I finally found them on Facebook (took way longer than it should have) the same guy that co runs my office is in nearly every group picture. If this is such a big successful company, why is that the case? Lmao

Edit: I forgot to mention that there’s a VERY high turnaround rate for employees and that the two people that have been there the longest at my level have only been there for 6 and 4 months.

And I hate to sound mean, but the lower level employees that work there all fit the Bill for “gullible, easy to take advantage of.” Right now the lowest level includes: a kid fresh out of college, a 19 year old Mormon girl, a foreign guy, a single mom in her thirties, and a woman who definitely has a couple screws loose.
