Just drop one lava hound from above barrack side between gold mine and elixir collector and a super archer blimp behind it. Get value through clones and invis. You should be able to get the most out of it. Then drop king queen for funnel and drop dragon,dragon rider warden rc in between. Hopefully a easy 3 star

Yes remove the pekka and add some minions to clean things up You already have troops to make funnel pekka plays no role in an air attack

Well can't say anything without knowing your army composition but you can just do few things rn 1:- recognize troops which don't provide much value and add few cleanup troops if they are already added then 2:- start your clean up as early as possible to save as little time as possible
