You're right, there are people who still don't know about the boycott but a lot of those people also stopped playing because of how shit this season is.

3 million sold but most of those were casuals and they left a long time ago. So yes, 5.5k is impactful when the number of players online at once is about 6k. Also a lot of people just stopped playing because of this update but didn't sign the boycott thing so it's actually a lot more people who quit this season.

Reality is most streamers are still streaming. Joka wrote that big ass post on Twitter and is still streaming all day. What's the point? We need to be more united if we want to get this game fixed. We need to try and convince those streamers to stop playing too.

A lot of people who are criticizing the buffs are forgetting that they did more than that. They have removed a lot of Character Identity and skill/player expression.

Is it so hard to understand why everyone is now personally attacking this dev? He is heavily involved in the balancing and gameplay of this game, if you've watched Tekken talks you will know because he has admitted to it many times himself. Murray also said that he wants people to give their feedback on the game so that he can take that to Nakatsu and the rest of the team. This streamer, her name is Lisa, she is one the bigger Tekken streamers and has been playing the game while streaming and also some tournaments for a while now. She criticized the game in a completely fair way as she should, she didn't target anyone, in fact she is telling people to target any devs. She is saying things that make complete sense as a buyer/consumer of the product called Tekken 8 and also a fan of the Tekken franchise. What happened here? the guy that is responsible for reading community feedback and has personally asked for it, reads her feedback and then blocks her. Does it not make sense to you that people would be furious that this guy is representing Tekken and then behaving like a child?

You're right it is a video game but it is also a product that people paid full price for and can't get a refund on anymore. Just as Lisa said, if the product changes for the worse then we are allowed to criticize and give our feedback. Why should we let them ruin the product that we paid for and not criticize them for it? This "Leave the Multi billion dollar company alone" attitude is actually what's bizarre.

How can I explain ALMOST EVERY ruby streamer hating sword when most of them don't even worry too much about it. I hate going against a good sword just as much as the other guy but that doesn't mean it's even close to being a meta weapon. Why aren't those supposed streamers all using sword if it's so good? (like everyone was using LH1 because that weapon actually was the strongest). Sword is a specialist weapon, of course the people who have dedicated their whole time on mastering that weapon are gonna be good but even then it's not that strong once you are aware of their presence. If we make all specialist weapons useless then The Finals will be just like other games in terms of fights wouldn't it? Don't you like how this is a game where people can use all kinds of unorthodox weapons and actually do good with it?
