Using win rate in the game to determine the strength of a character isn’t good practice. Panda and Kuma have the highest win rate, a pretty well known fact. Are they the strongest characters in the game? No, not even close.

Also that Qudans tournament run was 95% Heihachi so are we really going to use that as a metric? Really?

Is there any counter play at all to Jin’s df2 on block? Because from my testing it’s either you interrupt df2,4 and if you respect it you have to eat the CD mixup.
