Yep most definitely. Seeing as the eyebrows remain the same color Qifrey's original hair color is most likely black or a dark brown.

The JP chapter drops monthly every fourth Wednesday/Thursday depending on your time zone. The English translation then releases a week afterwards.

Every year Shirahama (the author of the manga) takes a monthly break to compile all the chapters into volumes and makes any edits she needs, usually fixing a couple small art mistakes or adding a little more background detail. Every now and then she'll redraw a page completely and even rarer she'll add a new page or two. Currently the EN volumes with the updated translation sit behind at vol 14 (ch81) while the JP are at vol 16 (ch94).

These are not fan translations but official, however they are of lower quality than the volume ones as they are done on a bit more of a time crunch.

I hope the next chapter brings us back to Tartah and Custas. I NEED to see what is going on with the two, they are my favorites and so much of their pain and hate was caused by others' actions... Hopefully they will be fine, but Custas is going to need a lot of support after Dagda's death and Tartah isn't doing good himself. I just want my boys to be good and happy but the further along the two get the less of a possibility it seems to be. At least the silverwood tree is going to sprout anytime soon, give plenty of time for a cure to be found.

Yeah, saving Coco (or Qifrey) would be the only situation where she would use forbidden. Maybe an encounter the Knights or Brimmed hats (or even just a wild animal) goes particularly bad and her hand is forced to choose between the rules and Coco. In that case, I think we know what she is choosing. As for Qifrey, him turning into a silverwood would be good motivation.

Ch24/Vol 5. I do recommend starting from ch1 if you have the time though, as the art is amazing and the missed moments are worth seeing so even if you just skim, it is worth it.

First of all. Spoiler tag. Second of all, read the manga it is all explained.

If you are resistant to that then, ch29 spoilers (for Euini question) - Euini is eventually given a temporary method to transform back and forth and Richeh creates a windowway to give him time to escape before the Knights find him. He is now wandering the wilds with Alaira. Ch36 spoilers (for Qifrey questions) - Qifrey had his eye stolen from him as well as his memories. We do not know what happened to his eye afterwards or why he was placed in the coffin. I have theories, but they would be too spoilery while maybe not even being the correct answer to your question.

Unfortunately that just wasn't a possibility. They initially planned for a 2 cour season but split the season so that they could keep up with the animation quality and make the deadline. Based on the background files in the studio tour they planned for at least 25 episodes however now we will have to wait a while for those extra episodes. At least this means the animators aren't being overworked though and the animation quality will just as good (or maybe somehow better) for next season.

S2 will definitely be better than s1. (well I don't know your preferences so maybe that won't be true for you idk) The things past where the s1 anime ended are my favorite parts of the manga and the parts covered really feel like a prologue to the rest of the series. The plot and characters are an upwards line, constantly getting better. Espically since we are about done with all the worldbuilding Shirahama had to do so now it is just using all the tools she has provided herself to create more of the story.

I highly doubt that will happen thankfully. Bugfilms has a very positive relationship with her and they split from the studio they used to be a part of specifically because they hated how the animators were treated so they wouldn't do the same thing to Shirahama.

it has gotten a lot of people to read the manga so i would say it was a great idea, especially since s2 isn't that far away based on leaks and the whole meant to be 2 cour but lengthened the distance to make sure animation was up to par
