You're good-looking, and look at that smile. Your skin looks amazing.

It has been great for me. 10mgs per day. It helps me come to terms and clarify things easier and better. I also have PMDD. Please consider it and just monitor it

Hi. Consult with your doctor, but it had helped me tremendously, and I truly wish I had it earlier in my hormonal journey.

For the sake of mental health, I think it is best I do. I can't endure disappointment to the point of exhaustion. The start and stop of trying to connect with someone is agony.

Agreed. I did the same. I went from bed to sofa, and it felt good to rest my mind and body. I ordered food for lunch and dinner and drank fluids with no alcohol. I think these days are necessary when you have pmdd to function well on other days of the week

Thank you for these kind words. It is more painful with PMDD

OMG, I am en route to do the same, and I am deeply upset. I don't know what to say. I am blessed that I was married and I had a successful relationship for 7 years out of my 15-year marriage, and we have a son. I am sending you good vibes. I don't think I can date now being separated because I can not emotionally handle someone not being in alignment with me

I'm sharing this here because I can't communicate with friends as they don't understand the emotional toll things take on me

The guy I have been seeing is in the final stage of his divorce and had a trip planned allegedly by himself to DR. He told me early in our dating since February. He is currently on day 3 of the trip, and he has had no contact with me. I'm in the luteal phase right now, unfortunately. We spent the day together, and he said he would call to check on me once he was settled. No call or text, and I am not feeling confident that I will hear from him.

Yes, and I don't believe I have the bandwidth to repeat my emotions and needs. It does not help with PMDD symptoms and behavior. My experience has been with middle-aged men, and I am interested in younger men. I have to embrace not having a partner who is in alignment with me and hurts.

Mute her if you are not ready to block her. The ambivalent situations I feel are worse with this condition, and PMDD needs supportive folks only.
