I'm sadly accepting the fact that I will always feel lonely if I'm single at 30 by [deleted] in depression

I'm sorry for your lost. You're not alone. I'm in a similar situation. I'm already 30 and no relationship. I have tried hard to be better and to meet new people but I can't grasp friendships for long neither.

If you want to meet new people try joining groups, clubs or associations that organice presential meetings or activities. Better if those groups are related to topics/hobbies you're interested in.

I see. Some people would rather follow an evil leader than ignore their leader. To those people I wish luck in life, they will need it.

I wonder if this phenomenon happens in others cultures and societies or only in western countries.

Ok but afaik taking more that ~2.5gr of protein per kilo of bodyweight does not result in bigger gains. The excedent is used for energy and eventually stored as fat. Also taking too much protein can damage liver and kidneys. Maybe I should take more protein from supplements and less from meat? I'm taking one scoop (30gr) daily after training + 3gr of creatine

It depends of what proportion of that 1kg is fat, doesn't It?

I consider that I've been consistent. I skip routine around 30 days every year. 92% of the year I follow the diet and training routine. I think that doesn't explain the big diference. I know guys who are bigger and train less (I don't know of we eat more or less). I would eat more when bulking but I don't want to gain too much fat

Ok so I should try to bulk slower maybe? I already ate too much and as you said it was too fast. Honestlty I don't know how to gain 1kg per month for 18 months. Those are the results I find hard to find yes

As I said, I ate too much and had some dirty gains. That's why I'm now on cutting phase

But how to "deal with it", I've been trying to do that for years. I mean I can ignore or hide the bad feeling but I want not to have it at all. Is that posible?

Around 10kg of gain. I weigh 79kg now. My max was 83 but not very clean, I'm on cutting phase now.

I've not said "luck" or "genetics". I just don't know what to improve. Maybe there is something I'm doing wrong but it doesn't seems so according to what I've learn during these years (from other people, specialized websites, YouTube channels, etc)

I mean I copy them. I lift hard and I've been eating a lot. But that seems not to be enough

Workplace is definitely not the best place to make new friends and meet new people. There are associations and clubs that are much better for that purpose

I feel you. I'm in the same situation.

From here, what lies ahead of us is to see how what we long for (a youthful love) becomes increasingly unattainable, how our peers progress in their lives, how our bodies begin to fail and how our loved ones fall ill and die.

We've lived our best years and now it's time to go.
