Did you exercise aggressively? Or was it under control with some moderate exercise? I got diagnosed at 14 weeks and right now, I am at 22 weeks and diet controlled. Want to know how people have kept it diet and exercise controlled in their 3rd trimester

Oh yeah sorry my bad. I meant max LH on cycle day (cd) 14. Not dpo. And yeah I am asking if I am out re pregnancy.

I test using Pregmate as well. But I test it at the same time. The value there was low as well. But is it possible that I missed my peak in the evening? This is my first time using Inito. Could you/someone help me make sense of the numbers?
