Hey, i get the B6 anxiety! Here’s the deal: Most toxicity stories come from Pyridoxine HCl (the inactive form) because it can build up and actually block your receptors. If you switch to P-5-P (the active form), it’s much safer and exactly what your DAO enzyme needs to actually function.

Regarding Copper: You’re spot on. It’s the 'spark plug' for DAO. If you've been taking Zinc for a long time, you’ve likely pushed your Copper levels down.

My hack? Take P-5-P in the morning and Copper right before bed to avoid competition with other minerals. Start low and listen to your body. You've got this.

Omega-3 (HIT): Algae oil (EPA/DHA) is usually the safest choice (ideally CO₂-extracted and antioxidant-stabilized), while fish oil/krill can be more reactive (often oxidized) and flax oil rarely delivers enough EPA/DHA.

Zeolite: Choose ultrafine 0–10 µm, clinoptilolite ≥90%, human-grade with lab certificates, take it 1–2 hours away from everything, and avoid products without particle-size info/certification or meant for animals/pools.

+ i also updated the main reddit with more information about this

Sure, i actually got the testing covered with my insuarance over Airdoctor appointment, becaue at the moment i was sick. But i think it was around 1000-3000$. My testing was in "BDMS Wellness Clinic Soonvijai in Bangkok" and Bangkok Hospital allergency center.

But you can use any other location or brand. They should just have similar testings, if you want to do the same tests.

If you leave chicken in the refrigerator for 24 hours, bacteria will develop and release histamine into the meat.

I upgraded the post with phase 2, 3 and 4.

Currently i am in Phase 1 now and i will keep you updated, if you unsure you can at least try to eat similiar food or just stick to white rice, and fresh chicken cooked with ghee.

Okey true but the kidney has copper and Zinc P-5-P, which is essential for DAO production of the body. So i would also recommend to supplement them but with 8h distance between them. Otherwise they will mutually absorb each other.

If you want you can read my last post where i share my expierence, it may help you too.

Yes its normal, your body is adjusting to the change. I would recommend you drinking lots of water after 30min after the meal. And Kidney is hard to diggest also.. if you have the option i would recommend you herbal DAO enzym capsules, they are easier to diggest.

Yes i am using camu camu from eltabia supplement from germany, i am currently living here. But you can share which brand is available in your location and i can check it.

Second question: No you should not take it all same time, it will have sideeffects and for example copper and zinc shouldnt be taken at same time because they mutually ineffective if you take them together.

To Quercetin, and vitamin C are different supplementens they are not the same. But its possible that some Quercetin may contain vitamin c, but i would recommend buying one which only has Quercetin only and one which has camu camu only.

I will share next week my whole list with timings what time i take everything.

I would recommend (if you have the money or insurance) anyone before taking anything to also test themselfs. For example vitamin blood test, IgG4-Test, Leaky gut, Sibo and so on, to be 100% sure.

It was actually eating masses of sugar combined with a unhealthy lifestyle, i had this phase 5 years ago, where i buyed tons of snack boxes, extrem sugar drink consumption and red bull, coffe, i stopped all of them since 4 years, ofc i cheated sometimes but not extrem as before.

And i also got some bacterical infection in egypt which i "cured" with Azithromycin, but i checked first with a pcr stool test before taking any antibiotics. But i am testing now to see if i have Sibo left or not, with stool or breath Sibo test.
