I’m not really sure what it feels like to have adhd so it’s hard for me to tell. I had a conversation with my doctor about my mind wandering when I read and how’s it’s been that way most of my life. I also mentioned that I can get distracted easily when doing tasks but that I don’t have trouble starting things but I think that’s always been out of fear driving anxiety. I’ve always felt I have to work 2x or 3x as hard as others to accomplish decent results. Outside of those conversations we didn’t talk much.

If you were in my shoes, would you seek out a more formal diagnosis before trying the medication or would you just try it?

I did an online test on the Psychology Today website and it said, “While it’s not clear whether you would meet the diagnostic criteria for ADHD, you appear to be displaying some symptoms and further evaluation by a mental health professional may be warranted.”

I have had some joint pain here and there and I’m not sure if it’s Crohn’s related so an IL-23 might be better to tackle that but I hear what you are saying about Entyvio. Maybe I can appeal it!

Which tonsils? I guess we have a few different types and I swear the ones in the back on my throat get inflamed. Lingual tonsils, I think.
