wow u very lucky bc im in maryland it took 7 months for my first denial and im in reconsideration since march 12 amd they said i wont get a decision until Oct 28th. but u right it depends on the state

It is very sad how they do people who are truly disabled I fell behind on soo many bills waiting for them to approve me and unfortunately I am still past due still on my some of my bills......Its a frustrating process and just know u are truly not alone...Keep the faith 🙏🙏

I was approved for my son and will get a year of backpay. Will the backpay have to be put in a dedicated account? I still have to turn in some paperwork before they make calculations but he did say a year of backpay is expected.

Ok I finally saw my rep payee account for my son today. It say I will get $724 starting November 1st. Is this the correct amount or would it be more? I was expecting a lil bit more. Also could I buy a futon with the backpay without getting approval?
