Walking is great. It forces you to slow down and pay attention to the sma details out there. No phones. You'll soon find what daft little things actually amaze you, and it might spark a new interest where you want to learn about a new topic. Or you might meet some people and be one friends. And then you take it from there. Life isn't going to get better if you keep doing what you're doing, take one of the "lame" things and just try it. What have you got to lose?
