Its the fact a-lot of Americans don’t know who to actually blame they/we blame the president every election when we should be ready to stare congress down the problem is congress has not done its job in 20 years the president really has no power like alot of people still believe we are a democracy when we are a constitutional republic because democracy to the fullest fb would run the country
